Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore welcomes Guest Chef Rick Du from Shangri-La Hotel, Shenyang to present an authentic Sichuan culinary experience at The Line from 11 to 23 March 2019 during dinner.

Chef Du will create an enhanced dinner buffet spread to complement The Line’s regular dinner offerings. Fans of mala flavours or those seeking a fiery challenge can enjoy bold-flavoured favorites, such as Sichuan Mala Chicken (La Zi Ji), Mapo Tofu, Kung Pao Shrimp and more. During the promotion, guest can catch traditional Chinese mask-changing master performances every Friday at 7.30pm.
