The body experiences many changes during pregnancy that can be difficult to cope with, especially for first-time moms. In this workshop, expectant mothers will learn more about healthy eating and yoga, so that you can be relaxed and confident during this vital period of your life.

About our teacher:
Dawn is a proud mom to 4 little girls who inspire her to be a role model to them. She was introduced to yoga as a teenager to manage sports-related injuires. It has since become such an important part of her life that she wants to share its benefits with those around her. She is a Yoga Alliance certified Pre and Post Natal Yoga teacher and is also a certified Pilates teacher.
Dawn believes that eating well can help prevent many of the health problems that we face, and even address any existing health issues. She is certified in nutrition and wellness by the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) as well as the College of Natural Health from the United States.
A business graduate from Curtin University, she quit her Marketing job in 2002 to become a full time yoga and Pilates teacher.
