Driven by a mission to preserve the heritage of hawker dishes, The Lobby Lounge has launched the ultimate showcase of seven specially curated local hawker dishes. What better way to celebrate Singapore’s birthday than to savour the very dishes that shape her culture?
The seven legendary hawker dishes are bak kut teh by Legendary Bak Kut Teh; beef rendang by Rumah Makan Minang; chilli crab and mantou by Dragon Phoenix; bak chor mee by Seng Kee Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle; katong laksa by The Original Katong Laksa (Janggut); prawn noodle soup by Beach Road Prawn Mee; and chicken rice by Shangri-La Hotel.
There will also be a special Heritage Pop-up, which for the first time ever will feature three live stations. The masters will razzle and dazzle guests with their culinary skills, and whip up their signature offerings.
For the buffet at S$58++/pax, guests can order one signature dish from the menu, accompany it with a wide selection of local delights and enjoy unlimited servings at the Special Heritage Pop-up live stations.
