Through this Mindfulness by the Bay (MBTB) Series, which will be conducted by a group of meditation practitioners, you will be able to experience:
– Relaxing the body and mind
– Regaining clarity and focus in life
– Connecting to nature
– Meeting like-minded people
Activities include light exercise, mindful stretching, mindful sitting, mindful walking and a sharing session. Please wear comfortable casual wear – loose long pants, no jeans or shorts/bermudas. Don’t forget to bring along a water bottle, hat and yoga mat.
