Time: 4pm till late
The recently opened Kinou will be throwing an all-day housewarming party that begins with a vibrant ala carte brunch from 12pm – 4pm. You can look forward to an international range of dishes from ceviches and tartares, to hand-torn pasta, large sharing platters and dessert fare, crafted with a Kinou twist. That’s not all, free-flow booze is also available at $55++ for women and $65++ for men. From 4pm – late, let your hair down on the dance floor and party through the evening with happy hour deals and popular beats from guest DJs.
For those looking to enjoy Kinou’s regular menu, expect playful contemporary plates inspired by Chef-Owner Benjamin Tilatti’s fond memories of his travels. Dishes include Bone To Be Wild ($16++), a buttery roasted beef marrow on the bone with sourdough toast and pickled greens, served with a shot of Tennessee whisky; to the Kinou Signature Beef Tartare ($20++), made with black angus tenderloin; and a hearty Australian grass-fed Angus Tomahawk ($90++ per kg). Wash down your meal with drinks from Kinou’s extensive list of thirst quenchers ranging from over 150 varieties of wine, and a large selection of cocktails. Great value for money, cocktails come with the New York pour of 60ml – a good double of the typical 30ml pour.
Kinou comes from the nickname of Chef Tilatti’s mum, who inspired him to travel the world and ignited his passion for food and cooking. The newly launched four-in-one concept features a restaurant-bar, member’s lounge and events space that comes with fun environs and great value – making each visit to Kinou one to look forward to.
