Time: 11am – 5pm
See design and architecture through the eyes of the younger generation, as the KIDsBUILD exhibition showcases a mega city built with model-making materials by the young designers.
The interactive nature of the installation hopes to spread awareness of the importance of public participation in urban design, city planning and heritage preservation. Encouraging public involvement, 140 children from the 5 participating Student Care Centres, along with caretakers, volunteers, urban planners and parents, will participate in the exhibition set-up at the Millenia Walk Great Hall.
Members of the public will be able to create their own additions to the exhibition by building structures of their own on the spot and adding them to the ever-evolving installation.
