Expanding its range of plant-based options, Grand Hyatt Singapore continues to redefine the plant based scene in Singapore and South East Asia by being the first establishment to launch Beyond Sausage® with Green Monday.
Made by the same company that introduced the vastly popular Beyond Burger®, Beyond Sausage® is a 100% plant-based non-GMO gluten-free and soy-free sausage that looks, sizzles and satisfies just like traditional sausage. To achieve the flavour characteristics of a traditional sausage, Beyond Sausage® is made of peas, fava beans, rice, beet, and coconut oil, while ensuring that each sausage contains more protein and less fat (total and saturated) than traditional sausages.

Plant-Based Options at Grand Hyatt Singapore
The introduction of Beyond Sausage® is part of Grand Hyatt Singapore’s ongoing commitment to protecting the planet for future generations by thoughtfully sourcing and carefully serving all food in the hotel, while encouraging diners to achieve greater balance in their diet with flavourful plant-based options that go beyond a salad bar.
This follows other plant-based options introduced in 2018, including the first-ever plant-based Italian Lunch Buffet at Pete’s Place, refreshed menus featuring organic produce sourced from local farms and the hotel’s very own rooftop garden, and the introduction of plant-based options including Beyond Burger®, JUST Egg, and Omnipork.
