Gear up and pump up your adrenaline for a weekly dose of fitness workouts, this Saturday, 7 July 2018, at Tanjong Pagar Centre, as Virgin Active join hands with New Zealand fitness company, Les Mills to bring you a line-up of classes, such as Body Balance, Body Jam, Body Combat, GRIT Cardio and a newly added fitness workout – Barre. The Body Balance class will recur every Saturday from 14 July 2018. Tanjong Pagar Centre is the beacon for health living in the Central Business District of Singapore, and their commitment is demonstrated through its year-long wellness and sports initiatives to encourage city dwellers to upkeep a modern, active lifestyle.

Body Balance is a yoga-based activity where participants groove to an inspiring soundtrack while engaging in a series yoga moves and embrace the elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
Barre is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights. It incorporates classic ballet positions with modern music.
Body Jam is special workout choreographed by Gandalf Archer-Mills in Auckland, New Zealand where all participants can have a fun time while dancing to the beat of the music!
GRIT Cardio is a high intensity interval training workout that combines short, sharp, demanding exercises with running and plyometric.
Body Combat is a fitness workout with a rousing mix of martial arts including Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing and Kung. Learn to jab, box, block, kick and strike using major muscles for a holistic body workout.
