Loosen your belt buckles, fellow foodies! The Singapore Food Festival (SFF) 2019 is back for its 26th edition, showcasing the top chefs, culinary innovation and unique flavours of our vibrant food capital. This year’s SFF coincides with Singapore’s Bicentennial celebrations, and boasts a plethora of food related events, from chef collaborations to workshops.

Singapore Food Festival’s main event is back! This year it will be held at The Promontory @ Marina Bay, and will feature delightful hawker creations, modern interpretations of local cuisine and an exciting line-up of workshops and live entertainment. Participating vendors include The Feather Blade, Artichoke, Salted and Hung, Siri House, Meatsmith (plus so many more) as well as a pop up bar by Origin Bar. To add to the festive atmosphere, diners will be entertained by popular local music acts like Charlie Lim and Glen Wee. STREAT-goers can also participate in culinary workshops and masterclasses conducted by Singapore’s culinary talents. Workshops can be booked through Klook.

9 – 9:45pm Origin Bar Cocktail Workshop: Learn with Origin Bar how to use local ingredients to impress your friends at your next house party. Classic and modern classic cocktails with a local twist, class will be hosted by Bar Manager Adam Bursik and his team.

Tea lovers, rejoice! Enjoy a curated line-up which also includes artisanal snack brands and lifestyle companies to complement and create the perfect tea-time experience. A curated line-up of over 50 vendor booths, featuring different types and blends of tea –whether single-origin teas from plantations all around the world, or exciting blends by our very own local tea makers. This year’s STF will also feature artisanal snack brands and lifestyle companies, to complement and create the perfect tea-time experience.

#pluck is an amalgamation of four different local chefs who bring their own ideas about food and are looking to share these ideas with locals.
~ Plant Driven New American Philosophy Cuisine by Chef Evelyn Yap of Happivore, hosted by House of Sub Zero & Wolf (SEA).
~ Modern Teochew Cuisine by Chef Ivan Yeo of The 1925 Brewing Company, will be available at The 1925 Brewing Company at Joo Chiat
~ Peranakan Cuisine by Lynnette Seah of Lynnette’s Kitchen, hosted at her Tiong Bahru flat
~ Traditional Malay Cuisine by Anuar Abu of Lagenda, will be hosted at Scaled by Ah Hua Kelong
