We love their ethos of sourcing sustainably and using higher welfare, free-range and traceable meats! Jamie’s Italian VivoCity is a really family-friendly space where kids are welcome, there’s plenty of family entertainment including live music for the adults. The Christmas Day Semi-buffet Lunch and New Year’s Day Semi-buffet Lunch entice with a spread of hot and cold starters, side dishes, salads and desserts served buffet-style. Pastas, pizzas and risottos as well as mains like Roasted Celeriac Mash and free-range Festive Roast Chicken will be passed around the table, just like in Italy’s family trattorias. Stellar at 1-Altitude takes Christmas to new level (it’s one of the highest restaurants in Singers after all!) with Executive Chef Christopher Millar cooking up a storm of indulgent treats. Brotzeit offers a more casual Christmas affair but there’s plenty to feast on with their Christmas Platter 2018 of ham, venison and veal sausage, pork roulade, pork knuckle plus side dishes. The Christmas Dessert Medley is a delicious platter of poached pear in berry mullet wine, baked apple stuffed with raisins and almond-flecked Chocolate cake, bee sting cake, candied nuts, and grapes. Don’t forget getting into the mood with their Glühwein (delicious mulled wine) – look out for Christmas woodhuts with free mulled wine tastings!
