Have you heard that kids learn best through play, but wonder how it works? We’ve got great news! Known for its inquiry and play-based approach, Canadian International School (CIS) is hosting a Magical Garden Party to celebrate nine years of learning experiences at their Outdoor Discovery Centres, and the whole family is invited!

Look forward to an exciting morning of engaging games and activities specially designed for little ones aged 2 to 8. Watch your little ones experience CIS’s unique play-based approach first hand, and get all of your burning questions answered.

Endless educational fun for little ones

Here’s what your little ones can look forward to:

Betty’s Butterfly’s art studio: Little ones can craft a butterfly or caterpillar crown as you learn about CIS’ arts programme. Find out why nurturing creativity is essential in the early years.

Charlie Caterpillar’s obstacle course: Kids can venture into the caterpillar’s cocoon and work their way through an obstacle course. Meanwhile, you can learn more about CIS’ PE programme.

Iggy Inchworm’s ice sculpture: Get hands-on with the world of science as you create a colourful ice sculpture that transforms as the ice melts.

Marty Moth’s multilingual story corner: This storytelling session brings classic children’s stories to life in English, French and Chinese.

Aunty Ant’s mud & sand kitchen: Kids can get their hands dirty and explore math and science concepts such as counting, measurement, shape and volume.

Outdoor exploration is woven into everyday learning
