How your child can become the next Prince: Learn to play all the musical instruments!

Did you know the late, great Prince played all of the musical instruments on his records? Let your little multi-tasker explore all the musical possibilities with an “Instrument-a-Day” at Aureus Academy Summer Music Camp!

There’s no better time than summer for kiddos to try their hand at something new, mama. Why not get their creative juices flowing with an Instrument-a-Day at Aureus Academy’s 2016 Summer Music Camp?! Always a hit with kids, these multi-day programmes include individual lessons, group lessons, classes to sharpen musical knowledge, and even performance opportunities.

Aureus’s summer camp provides a fun and low-pressure setting for kiddos to try instruments they might not otherwise be familiar with. Let your little piano player try rocking out on the guitar! Your mini violin virtuoso can try tickling the ivories with beginner piano lessons! Your singer can pick up a bow and give the violin a try! Or your small guitar strummer can pursue dreams of being the next Adele or Prince by taking voice lessons! And that’s just the tip of the iceberg, mama: other instruments on offer include the clarinet, cello, trumpet and electric drums. From a parental perspective, we love the idea of letting kids explore and try things out without having to invest in actually purchasing all these different instruments!

Kids will have ample opportunities to work in a collaborative setting with other musicians – what could be more fun than jamming with your friends? All students are also given a platofrm to perform solo in front of their peers and receive feedback from some of Aureus’s best teachers. They’ll also pick up key tips on stage etiquette and other tricks of the trade from these highly experienced performers.
